Small Business Fix

Turn messy ideas into sellable offers.

I clean up pricing, booking, payments, reviews, follow-up, and local visibility so customers can understand your service, trust it, pay for it, and come back.

Most small businesses do not have a skill problem. They have a system problem. People cannot quickly tell what you offer, what it costs, why they should trust you, how to book, how to pay, or when to come back. I fix that path.

  • Google/local visibility checklist
  • Before/after proof document

Offer clarity

  • Offer/service menu cleanup
  • Pricing/package clarity
  • Parent or customer-facing positioning where needed

Booking & payment

  • Booking page review
  • Payment/deposit flow review
  • DM → booking reply scripts

Return loop

  • Review request scripts
  • Rebooking/follow-up texts
  • Referral scripts
  • 30-day action plan

Need a deeper buildout? Full Systems Sprints are available from $1,750–$3,500. The $500 Starter Sprint can credit toward the larger sprint if we continue.

SAMPLE — WHAT A TEARDOWN LOOKS LIKE3 FINDINGS
#1

Your prices are a DM away

What it costs you

Buyers who have to ask for a price assume the worst and quietly move on. You never see them leave.

The fix

Public 3-tier package menu, anchored to your best seller, with the deposit built in.

#2

Booking takes six taps and a phone call

What it costs you

Every extra step between "I want this" and "paid" drops real customers — the ones who don't call back.

The fix

One link: pick a package, pick a time, pay the deposit. Done in under a minute.

#3

Your best work is invisible

What it costs you

Dozens of happy customers and zero visible proof means every new buyer starts from doubt.

The fix

Before/after proof and a review request built into the standard post-job follow-up.

Composite example. Your teardown is written for your business — your offer, your booking flow, your public presence — with a prioritized fix list.

Secondary lane

AI Founder Starter Sprint

For AI automation agencies, chatbot services, vibe-coded apps, no-code founders, and micro-SaaS builders that need the buying path cleaned up.

Start the AI Founder Sprint

$500 flat starter. Full launch buildouts available from $2,500–$4,500 if deeper implementation is needed.

“AI for everyone” is a niche for no one — visitors can't tell in 10 seconds who it's for or why they'd pay.

The API bill is real and the revenue isn't. You don't know your cost per user — and one viral day could bury you.

Your demo shows features. Buyers need to watch their problem die in under two minutes.

Position

  • Niche & real-buyer definition
  • Positioning statement
  • Landing copy that sells the outcome, not the model

Convert

  • Pricing & packaging structure
  • Demo structured around the buyer's problem
  • Onboarding flow to first win, fast

Charge & survive scale

  • Stripe payment setup
  • Unit economics — cost per user vs. price
  • API cost, rate-limit & abuse sanity check

Distribute

  • Launch posts that don't fizzle
  • First-customer outreach plan
  • Content plan + 30-day action plan
The Method

Same operating method every time. Deliverables built around your business.

Who's behind this

I'm Bryan Leonard. I don't advise on systems — I live in them.

The point is not that your business needs a traffic model, an AI lab, or a research platform. The point is that I know how to take messy systems, find the bottleneck, package the offer, wire the workflow, and ship something real.

I co-founded Qira LLC in Phoenix with my brother Brandyn. Most consultants show you a slide deck. I can show you running software: a traffic-intelligence platform modeling Phoenix freeway corridors in real time, a news platform that's reached 200K+ monthly readers, a local cleanup business I started from zero, original research with a live human study behind it, and language-model training on Google's TPU Research Cloud.

Every one of those started as a messy idea. The job was always the same: find what's broken, clean up the offer, wire the systems, ship it, and prove it works. That's exactly what a sprint does for your business.

What I do not promise

I do not guarantee a specific number of clients. Nobody honest can.

I do not sell fake SEO magic or generic motivation.

I do not replace doing the actual work.

I build the system around the business so more people can find it, trust it, book it, pay for it, review it, and come back.

FAQ

Short answers before you buy.

Do you guarantee more clients?

No. I build the system that improves conversion: clearer offers, easier booking, stronger trust signals, better reviews, rebooking, referrals, and local visibility.

Do I need a full website?

Not always. Many local businesses can start with a cleaned-up booking page, Google Business Profile, payment link, social profile, and review/rebooking system.

Can you build the website or Google presence for me?

Yes — as a flat-priced add-on to a sprint, never standalone. I don't build before I diagnose; once the sprint finds the leaks, booking pages start at $750 and a full Google/local search setup at $500, quoted in your written scope.

Can you make changes directly?

Yes, if you add me with proper admin/team access. If not, I provide the exact wording, scripts, checklists, and changes for you to apply.

How fast is delivery?

Most Starter Sprints begin with an audit within 72 hours and finished assets within 7 days, depending on access and response time.

Who is this best for?

Service businesses with real work/proof but messy offers, booking, pricing, reviews, payment flow, follow-up, or local visibility.
